Refund & Cancellation
Refund& Cancellation Policy Orders can only be canceled/refunded if the item is not yet in production / not been prepared and not shipped out. A SGD5 processing fee will be imposed for all cancellations due to change in decision. Strictly no refund / cancellation allowed if the item has been processed for you, no refund is possible. Any damages to the item or delivery of an incorrect item must be flagged to Alphaz New Age team within 24 hours upon successful delivery. You can contact us via email (ask@alphaznewage.com) or whatsapp to us. If a parcel/gift is damaged during shipping, vendor will be responsible to replace the same item. In the event an item is not available, we will replace an item with similar value from the same vendor. What charges will I be imposed if I cancelled/rejected my order at the point of courier delivery for cash on delivery orders/requests? We also do not allow cancellation or rejection of parcel at the point of courier delivery and a cancellation fee plus courier service charge will be imposed if such an event occurred. Our courier service will collect this cancellation fee and courier service charge of SGD10 on the spot before leaving your premises. Returns Strictly no returns are possible. If you have received a defective item / an incorrect item, returns need to be made as vendor will be making a correct replacement of the item.
