The price payable by you for the Service shall be the price of the Service listed for sale as stated on the site at the time your order is transmitted to us through the site and any applicable taxes. All prices are subject to taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the price of any Service at any time without any reason or prior notice. Please complete the payment within two hours from the time your order was placed. All unpaid orders after this payment time-frame will be cancelled automatically. In the event that any product or service has been mispriced on the site, we reserve the right to terminate the order and notify you of such termination, regardless of whether or not the products have been dispatched or are in transit and whether payment has been charged to you. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES Certain Services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. Due to its natural characteristics, each and every crystal is unique in appearance and may have natural inclusions and surface marks even after being polished. The images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only and the crystals received may be different due to their natural inclusions. We will make every effort to display it as accurately as possible. Colours may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer and mobile phone screen calibration. We do, however, strive to ensure that screen colours are true to life, as much as possible. We do not warrant those product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Minor variations in measurement (within 10mm) are not considered the wrong product. If you believe you have received the wrong item, email us at ask@alphaznewage with your order number, and a photograph of your item. Postage will be reimbursed for all items acknowledged as being mailed wrongly. All wrong products are to reach us within 10 business days from the dispatch date for orders made in Singapore, or 20 business days for international orders. Items must be unworn and unaltered. If the replacement piece is no longer in stock, store credit or a refund will be issued. We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Service to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any Service that we offer. All descriptions of Service are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Service at any time. Any offer for any Service made on this site is void where prohibited. GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service, Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. SHIPPING We will process the order only upon receipt of the full payment amount via Paynow (except for Cash on delivery). If we did not receive your payment by 8 hours from the time of order, your order will be automatically cancelled. Please refer to cancellation fees imposed under "Refund and Cancellation" for Cash on Delivery method. The processing time of your order and delivery will take about 5 working days. If required more time due to unforeseen circumstances, we contact you directly. CUSTOMS AND DUTY (if applicable) International orders may be subjected to local tax and charges. Any custom or import duties must be paid by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country, hence, please contact your local customs office for more information before your purchase. We will not be liable for any additional or custom charges on your order and we shall not refund any parcel that is abandoned as a result of non-payment for any such charges.  A tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. We do not take responsibility for parcels that are stolen, lost, or delayed via the courier or mail service.
